EuroPastry wholesale any products?
A: Yes, EuroPastry has a wholesale program that offers
Calgary-area cafes, restaurants, health food shops and
schools our delicious treats. Please call our manager at

manager@EuroPastry.ca.
Q: How do I redeem my EuroPastry Gift Certificate?
A: EuroPastry gift certificates can only be
redeemed in-store. Please bring your gift certificate to
our store to redeem your gift.
Q: Which items contain nuts?
A: Please refer to the item description under
Products page - more
specifically to the ingredients section for items
containing nuts.
Note we cannot guarantee any of our products being nut and
nut oil-free.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, checks (with proper
identification), and bank debit cards.
Q: Do you make sugar-free or low-fat products?
A: Our bakers are currently working to provide a
low-sugar alternative for some of our products.
Q: I want to order a special or custom cake. Is this
possible?
A: To order any special or custom cakes, please call
our store. They will take
your order, and let you know if it can be done!
Q: Should I refrigerate my cake?
A:
Since our cakes are made using fresh dairy products,
we recommend that
they be refrigerated. They can however be placed at room
temperature
for a short period of time prior to serving.
Q: Does EuroPastry bakery Deliver?
A: At this time we do not deliver our goodies.

What is your return policy?
Every ingredient we use in our
fresh-baked treats is 100% human-grade.
If you are ever dissatisfied - for any
reason - return the product to our store
and we'll be happy to correct the problem
to
your satisfaction.
